Tax Reduction & Wealth Mapping Membership

This membership is a shift from a once-a-year tax preparer to a year-round planning and protection relationship, with someone looking at your whole financial picture, not just your return. Here is what you will have in hand by Day 30, how the month runs, and what continues after that.

By Day 30

Four things anchor your onboarding

By Day 30 you should have all four, plus a clear, agreed plan for what to implement before year-end.

Your one-page Wealth Map

Your whole financial picture in a single view: what you own, what you owe, what it earns, where the risk is concentrated, and what is titled where.

A preliminary tax reduction plan

Lawful strategies you can still act on this year, drawn from your returns and your Wealth Map rather than a checklist.

A prior-year review

Up to three past returns checked for money you may have missed: credits, deductions or elections that were never claimed.

A plan to act

Agreed next steps with what to implement before year-end, and who does what.

The first 30 days

Two live meetings anchor the month

Your Kickoff Call and your Results Review. Everything in between is intake, analysis and building your deliverables, and most of it moves forward through short messages from us rather than requiring anything further from you.

Days 25–30Results ReviewA live meeting where Martin presents your Wealth Map, your preliminary tax plan, what the prior-year review found, and an agreed plan of what to implement before year-end.Review the plan with us and agree on next steps.

One thing intentionally isn't part of these first 30 days: setting up your IRS Online Account. That happens later, at the meeting where we implement your strategies, once your membership is underway.

After your first 30 days

Onboarding is the beginning, not the whole relationship. Once your plan is in place, your membership continues as an ongoing, year-round relationship rather than a once-a-year filing. We'll be in touch as strategies are implemented and as your situation changes, instead of waiting for next tax season to talk again.

Members who go on to need estate documents, a new entity, or a plan for selling a business move into those engagements from inside the membership, with the Wealth Map already built and the file already organized.

The strategies members ask about

Every plan is built from your own returns, but the questions repeat: whether to start or restructure a business; whether a short-term rental or a family management company fits your picture; whether you or your spouse qualify as a real estate professional; how to time retirement contributions and Roth conversions; how to handle a concentrated stock position without a large gain; how to set up the year so the estimated payments are right and the surprises are gone.

A first talk is free, and it is short.

Bring what you have, even if it is a rough number and a rough timeline. Martin will tell you plainly what can be done now and what has to wait. No pressure to sign anything.
